Returns and Exchange
RETURNING YOUR ORDER
- We offer returns on eligible purchases within 14 days from the date you received your order.
- All returned merchandise must be in new/original and resalable condition with all tags and original packaging attached.
- Merchandise that is used, damaged, or does not have its original packaging will not be accepted.
- Failure to return merchandise that does not meet the return requirements may result in a rejected return. Your return will be sent back to the original shipping address without a refund. Approved refunds will be refunded on the original form of payment within approximately 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.
- We do monitor the number of returns made by individual customers, and excessive returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion.
- Eligible orders can be returned directly to our warehouse or to one of our Bolon Eyewear boutiques within Singapore.
- Please note that it is mandatory that you contact us via email prior to returning your order.
- Returns made without approval from our customer service team will not be accepted.
- Upon dispute, Bolon Eyewear reserves the right to make the final decision on all returns cases.
- We do not accept returns for merchandise that has been customised based on your prescription. Do visit our boutiques should you require an adjustment done by our opticians.
EXCHANGING YOUR ORDER
- In the event that you would like to make an exchange for your order (different color or style), please contact us to arrange for a return.
- Approved returns will be refunded through your original form of payment.
- We do not accept exchanges for merchandise that has been customised based on your prescription. Do visit our boutiques should you require an adjustment done by our opticians.
