How do I place an order online?
Shop > Add to cart > Checkout. You can contact us if you need assistance shopping online. If you'd like to try them on, visit our boutiques and our retail assistants will guide you through the process.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days from confirming your payment. Your order should be delivered to you within 5 business days from receiving your tracking number. Refer to Shipping and Delivery for more information.
Do you charge for delivery?
We currently offer free deliveries within Singapore for all purchases online. Refer to Shipping and Delivery for more information.
How do I make changes to my order?
To edit your order, please contact us as soon as possible. To keep things running smoothly, make sure to include your order number (eg: SG0100) and the change(s) you want to make. We'll confirm once your order has been updated. We unfortunately will not be able to make any changes to your order if it has already been packed or shipped.
I returned my order. When will I get my refund?
We definitely understand that you want to get your refund ASAP. Once we verify that your returned product is eligible for returns, we will process a refund right away. You will receive an email notification that the refund has been processed. The refund may take additional processing time depending on your payment method and bank. Please allow 3-5 business days for your bank to refund you from the day we process your returns.
Why is the price online different from retail stores? I can get a refund?
Unfortunately we are unable to refund any difference. Promotions online or in-store are exclusive, and available for a limited time only with terms and conditions applied.
I want to make an exchange for a different pair. Can I exchange them in one of your boutiques?
You can certainly return your order to us, however we do not offer exchanges at this time. Contact us to receive an email confirmation for a return request. Please provide your name, contact number, email, order number (eg: SG0100) in the email message.
Requests for returns must be acknowledged by our customer service team via email, prior to returning your order.
Where do I return?
(1) For non-prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses
We offer returns within 14 days from the day you receive your order, granted all tags remain attached, and they are in brand new and unused condition.
(2) For prescription eyeglasses and sunglasses,
We offer a 30-day warranty from the day you receive your product. Please visit our stores should you need any adjustments or advice.
I got non-prescription glasses/sunglasses. Can I return them?
For non-prescription glasses and sunglasses, we can offer returns within 14 days from the day you receive your order, granted all tags remain attached, and they are in brand new and unused condition. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.
My frames don't fit perfectly, can I get them adjusted?
You can have your glasses adjusted free during the life of your glasses. Head down to one of our boutiques and we will be able to help your glasses give the perfect fit!
The frame that I want is out-of-stock. How can I be notified when it’s available?
Simply enter your email address under the style you’ll like to be notified on, or subscribe to our newsletter to receive all updates from us!
Can I buy prescription glasses online?
Unfortunately we do not offer prescription glasses online at the moment. However you can buy a frame from us and have the lenses replaced with prescription at our boutiques.
Can I pick up my order in your stores?
We currently offer free deliveries for all sunglasses, non-prescription eyeglasses and blue light eyeglasses. If you require prescription glasses, please visit our boutiques and enjoy a complimentary eye-check!
Do you offer different sizes for your eyewear?
Each style is available in one size only. To find the frames that will suit you best please visit our store, our friendly retail assistants will help you.
What are blue light lenses?
This is a new feature lens which neutralises the blue light that emits from LCD/LED screens, such as computers, TV screens and smartphones. It may help in reducing eye strain and fatigue and may help you sleep better. Can be added to any clear lensed glasses, with or without prescription.
Do you offer multifocal or progressive lenses?
Yes we do! Just visit one of our boutiques for more information.
What are your frames made of?
Our frames are made of premium materials. From acetate, high-quality stainless steel, to ultra-lightweight titanium.
Do you sell frames for children?
Yes we do have sunglasses and eyeglasses for children! Visit our boutiques to check them out.
